The Dualit Coffee Machine and the Perfect Espresso

I am an Espresso nut and have been mining around for years for the perfect Espresso coffee machine. To me the perfect espresso should be sweet but potent with a powerful aroma and a similar taste to that of freshly ground coffee. The touch of crema on top should be slightly tinged dark red and of medium thickness.
